KNAACK Field Stations Released!

1 week 3 days ago

With spring just around the corner and the rate of construction increasing around the country, it’s time to ensure that your jobsite and equipment are secure.  The newest KNAACK Field Stations are a 120 cubic foot powerhouse of security, durability and productivity, built to handle any job-site challenges.  InForm worked with KNAACK to integrate their aesthetic brand into the new field stations, while also developing concepts for additional storage, easier to access user interface points, and a leak-proof hinge design.  InForm also assisted KNAACK in the development of the In-Box Power Supply used in the new Field Stations.  For more info, check out the link below.

Kids Create Modern Art

5 weeks 6 days ago

I think it is widely agreed upon that kids are a lot more creative than adults.  Whether it’s because their brains aren’t bogged down by the grinds of daily life, or because they just aren’t afraid to fail, kids can create some really cool stuff when given the opportunity.  This December, artist Yayoi Kusama captured this creativity in her installation for the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art.  Yayoi constructed a large household environment, painted everything white (creating a blank canvas) and then gave visiting children thousands of stickers to place wherever they would like.  To take a look at the wild results click the link below.

Shipped!

9 weeks 5 days ago

This week, the first shipment of the new Carefusion Nicolet Wireless EEG Amplifiers was sent out to customers.  For over a year, InForm worked with Carefusion to develop a state of the art wireless EEG platform that consolidates a variety of monitoring features into a single, compact system that takes advantage of a hospital’s already-in-place wireless infrastructure.  The new system simplifies use for technicians/caregivers while improving the overall quality of life for patients, and we are glad to see the new system hit the market.  For more information check out the video link below.

Choose wisely ...

24 weeks 6 days ago

In the world of outsourced product development, there are almost as many paths to take as there are products to develop.

You can go in with all the questions answered and a locked-down product spec, budget in mind and a drop-dead date chiseled in granite.  Or, you can barely have a germ of an idea with no knowledge of how to nurture it into a shelf-worthy artifact that will set your company right for years to come.

We have clients that prefer to lead from the engine, barreling down the tracks, calling to us for more speed as we sweat in the coal car.  Others have dropped off the baby on the porch steps and come back, when the idea has fully grown on graduation day.

You can order up the works - brainstorming sketches thru to production ready files.  Or maybe just a snack - an refreshingly restyled housing or desperately needed cost-reduced sub-assembly.

With all the possibilities there are, there is no wrong way to integrate external services to assist you in developing your product - you only need to choose which path to take... and we can help with that too!

2011 Heartland Velo Show

27 weeks 6 days ago

The heart of America is pumping stronger thanks to efforts of the companies presenting at the Heartland Velo Show on August 27th and 28th at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. The Midwest may be better known for the large cycling companies that are thriving within but the size of the company by no means is in direct relation to their passion and contributions to bike culture, advocacy and a rider's overall enjoyment of a two-wheeled experience. Check out this unique show to see the velo-centric products the heartland has to offer.
