Challenge
When asked what we could do to improve Gardner Bender’s retail image, we suggested that a design signature should be established that would tie together their current product line and establish standards for all future products.
Result
Numerous subsequent product development programs have followed the design signature we established. Critical ergonomic evaluation, beginning with interviews and videotaped observation of contractors, was done to map user issues. Biomechanical handgrip data was used to minimize wrist strain and maximize comfort for users. The unique form factors that InForm developed generated industry excitement and award recognition.
